- A specific subject – ask to speak with the Head Teacher
- General progress – ask to speak with the Year Adviser
- A student welfare concern – ask to speak with the Year Adviser or the DP
- Sport – ask to speak with the Sport Coordinator
- School Policy – ask to speak with a Deputy Principal
- Career or Work Experience information - ask to speak with the Careers Adviser
- Where you feel that it is necessary to raise a matter directly with the Principal, please contact the school to make an appointment.

The Telephone Interpreting Service allows parents and carers to connect with qualified interpreters by phoning 131 450 and requesting their language.
This free and on-demand service facilitates clear communication between parents and schools. Parents and carers can listen to instructions on using the service in their language.
