Here are some great short courses for any student looking for hospitality work over the summer season. See Mr Haddon for enquiries.

We have a Bar Operations Course which is a free course. It does the have the RSA unit in there so students will need to be 17 for that course.

Are you looking for bar work?
The fully funded Statement in Attainment in Bar Operations will give you the skills you need.

This course covers the skills and knowledge required to clean bars and public areas, prepare a bar for service, take drink orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages RSA, clear and clean glasses and close the bar down.

The nationally recognised Statement of Attainment in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is the mandatory training to sell and serve alcohol in NSW. Successfully complete this short course and receive an interim certificate so you can start working in the industry immediately.
