Kingscliff High School and the Tweed Coast region

Kingscliff High School welcomes international students to study in a safe and supportive learning environment. We are recognised for our small but well-established international students program and enrol approximately 20 students each year. We welcome students from all countries and for varied lengths of time. In the past, some students have chosen to complete the Higher School Certificate.

Kingscliff is ideally situated on the Far North Coast of New South Wales and experiences relatively warm temperatures year round. The Tweed Coast region is famed for its relaxed lifestyle, clean surfing beaches, local organic produce, lush green open spaces, agricultural areas and proximity to Byron Bay and the Gold Coast.

Kingscliff High School is co-educational comprehensive high school which draws its students from a broad range of socio-economic backgrounds. Kingscliff High School enthusiastically embraces the opportunity for foreign and local students to enjoy a rich cross-cultural experience. International students are provide with a number of opportunities to contribute to the school and local community.

Our teachers are committed to providing every student with a quality learning environment and the dedicated international students staff team have contact with students daily. Students’ attendance, academic performance and welfare are regularly monitored to ensure they are getting the most out of their experience. Our team is committed to supporting students in any way they can.
